UPDATE: RULES FINALIZED AND APPROVED FOR USE. PLEASE PASS THIS AROUND TO YOUR TEAM MATES AND ANYONE YOU KNOW WILL BE GOING TO THE EVENT ON JANUARY THE 30TH. Mercenaries Payday
After a day of fast paced military simulated combat some lucky players will go home with a pocket of cash. The 49th Commandos have written a simple attack and defend event. Read over your OP orders and have fun!
The 49th Commandos

Raffle
Cash prize- each player has an option of buying a raffle ticket for $5.00; you may buy as many you like.

Tickets are placed in a container, after the event two tickets will be drawn.
1st ticket receives 40% of the purse
2nd ticket receives 60% of the purse

Two Faction Attack
January 30th 2010 –SASCO
Optional $5.00 door prize entry
Assemble: 7:30
Briefing: 7:40
Guns up: 8:00 (roughly)

This is not a TAC event; play at your own risk. No age restriction, eye protection is mandatory; this is a military simulation with no ammo restrictions. COMMERCIAL PYRO IS ALLOWED BY GAME HOST APPROVAL.















Basic Rules
The 49th Commandos require that all players follow these basic rules:

Call all hits- we fire until you call it.

Exercise good sportsmanship- We reserve the right to remove you from the game.

No camping out at a C.C.P

No electronic warfare

Eye protection is REQUIRED for all players; MUST be ANSI rated eye protection.

Pyrotechnic devices are allowed. Please check them with the game host to be inspected before use. Use of unapproved pyrotechnic devices is prohibited. Call out pyrotechnic device deployment with “Frag out”

Please do not damage props or other items. Do not move props, you may inspect or operate the props as needed.

FPS limit for a fully automatic AEG is 450FPS and below.
FPS limit for a semi-automatic only, or bolt action Airsoft gun is 650FPS.
These limits apply to .20g bbs; limits will vary depending on bb size.

Full automatic is allowed for use inside all buildings.

All players are allowed 6 respawns (meaning 7 lives including your starting life).

When a medic is helping a player that has been declared dead respawn, with his/her hand on the players body, you may not fire upon him. This is the ONLY time you cannot shoot a medic.










Defenders
You have control of all ruins located at/in grids: G3/N- F4/SW- F3/NE- F3/0- F1/N- F3.

Inside this area is: All ruins and structures. Do not deploy outside of structures until game start. After game start you may deploy near an outside wall of a structure.

Objectives: Maintain control of the area and the props:
Attackers will attempt to capture props by removing flags from them and keeping them until games end. If all prop markers are in enemy hands they win. If enemies can capture and maintain control of a structure they can respawn there.

Bio-weapon prop: purple flag
Weapons Cache prop: yellow flag
Sat uplink prop: pink flag

Recovered prop markers must be partially exposed at all times and returned to prop location.

Medic rules: Medics can drag wounded to any ruin for respawn. Bleed out is 5 minutes. If no medic moves you, wait 5 minutes and move to the nearest ruin with no enemies near it.

Game win: Have majority prop and AO control at the end of one hour.
















Attackers
Enemy has control of all ruins located at F3 and F4. There are 3 enemy weapons or communications devices somewhere in the area. At game start you can deploy anywhere within these grids (F5/E- H6/NE- E3/N), or near an orange cone. You many not move from this location until game start.

Objectives: Capture colored flags from props and hold them until games end. Colored prop flags must be partially exposed at all times. If you can capture an enemy held structure and maintain control of it, you can respawn there.


Medic rules: Medic can drag players to any orange cone in your original operating area, or if your team controls an enemy structure you can respawn there.

Device Intel: Do not move the props as this activates the self destruct mechanisms.

Small Bio-weapon: Marked with a purple flag.
Sat Com: Marked with a pink flag.
Weapons Cache: Marked with a yellow flag.
