Tango Foxtrot rules input

The rules for TF 141 games are being written in the near future. They will be based on rules of similiar organizations. If you have any input on what the rules should look like please post ideas here. They will be reviewed annually for possible changes after they have been written.

I haven't read through it all, but I like the part where we can check anybody's gun at any time.

Maybe we should add in check/commandeer
